Path of the Sage is the standard game mode where you'll be tasked with completing a layout within a specified amount of time, path of the Buddha is a more relaxed game mode with no time limit and is great for those looking for a casual experience.
As for how it looks, Feng Shui Mahjong has an eastern theme that has been executed near flawlessly leading to a really good looking game. The tiles look sharp and the artwork on them is tremendous, there are various different level backgrounds that are full of detail and enhance the game's visual appeal by quite a lot and last but certainly not least is the fantastic soundtrack that does an excellent job of bringing the whole game together.
